Due to the many processes that go into the making of our products, delivery dates will always be approximate. Where we produce either visuals or actual samples for approval prior to producing your order, any delays in receiving that approval will obviously extend the delivery time.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Screen Printed Tea Towels: 3 weeks
Digital Promotional Tea Towels: 3 weeks
Digital Designer tea Towels: 3 - 4 weeks
Fabric by the Metre: 3 weeks
Other Digitally Printed Products: 4 - 5 weeks
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Bryan Franks Limited shall not be liable for any delay however caused.
Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be responsible for any consequential loss if we fail to deliver on the agreed date.
We assume that you own the copyright of any design you sent to us for printing. We shall not be responsible for any breach of copyright, howsoever caused, by Bryan Franks Limited printing designs you send us.
As with any printing process, slight differences might occur between different batches of the same design i.e. when you place a repeat order.
We do strive to minimise this as much as possible and all our goods are supplied within the normal commercial tolerances of the textile industry.
Due to the nature of printing onto textile, colour matches taken from a paper swatch i.e. Pantone may not necessarily be an exact match and we will strive to get it matched as closely as possible.
Prices quoted without accompanying artwork are subject to final confirmation on sight of artwork.
Sizes quoted are subject to a tolerance of +/- 3%
All prices quoted are for artwork being provided in the correct size and resolution, ready to print. We are happy to make minor changes, such as adding text along the bottom free-of-charge. Other changes will be charged at our studio hourly rate and will always be quoted for before proceeding.
Any claims for short delivery or faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
